Aerosol spray
containing 0.02% Deltamethrin Dries to a hard
lacquer finish on hard surfaces There is little
risk from contact with the dried lacquer.
The main risk is contamination from the aerosol spray while still

Eyes Immediately flood the eye
with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes, holding the eye open. Obtain
medical attention urgently. Ingestion Do not induce vomiting.
Never administer anything by mouth if a victim is losing consciousness, is
unconscious or is convulsing. Promptly let victim drink plenty of water to
dilute the swallowed chemical. Give milk to drink if it is readily available.
Keep warm and at rest. Obtain medical attention. Inhalation Never make an unconscious
person vomit or drink fluids! DO NOT induce vomiting. Remove from exposure.
Keep warm and at rest. If breathing stops or shows signs of failing, give

names. They do not contain any insecticide |
Sticky traps contain a soft sticky glue to trap insects so that the infestation
can be monitored. Some traps have a non poisonous bait in the centre. Remove any glue
from skin with warm water and soap. If
the non poisonous bait or trapped insects
have been eaten consult your doctor or vet. |

Pesticide contains a cholinesterase
inhibitor. Atropine, only by injection, is the preferable antidote. Oximes,
such as 2-PA M/protopam, may be therapeutic if used early: however, use only
in conjunction with atropine.
Supportive care. Treatment
based on judgement of physician in response to symptoms of patient. If
ingested perform gastric lavage and administer activated charcoal |

contaminated, soaked clothing immediately and dispose of safely . Wash
off skin with soap and water
ADVICE TO DOCTOR : Symptoms may include Restlessness, Anxiety,
Tremor : Treat symptomatically, there
is no antidote. Gastric lavage with
charcoal, if necessary further treatment.
Against convulsions :- Give Diazepam 5 –10 mg for adults,
intravenously as necessary until fully sedated : for children 2.5 mg I.V. |

anticholinesterase carbarnate insecticide. Recommended antidote is atropine
sulphate Adult dose is 2mg preferably by injection Repeat as necessary until
patient is fully atropinised DO NOT use

: Observation only is required for adult
ingestion of less than 6gm of Disodium octaborate tetrahydrate. For ingestion
in excess of 6 gm maintain adequate kidney function and force fluids. Gastric
lavage is recommended for symptomatic patients only. Hemodialysis should be
reserved for massive acute ingestion or patients with renal failure. Disodium octaborate tetrahydrate analysis
of urine and blood are only useful for documenting exposure and should not be
used to evaluate severity or as a guide to treatment |

300gm tubes and dispensed from an applicator gun as gel baits of about 1 gram Active

Eyes: Rinse immediately with
clean water for at least 15 minutes and obtain medical aid Ingestion Wash out mouth

contaminated clothing. Wash affected
area with soap and water. Seek medical
advice if at all worried ADVICE TO DOCTOR: This product has
a low toxicity and to date there are no documented symptoms for local
contamination or systemic poisoning.
Initial treatment should be symptomatic and supportive. Further advice is available from your local
Poisons Information Centre. The

This material is a pyrethroid. It
is NOT an organophosphorous compound and MUST NOT be confused with such
compounds. Local contamination causes
skin and eye paraesthesiae which may be severe but is usually transient with
resolution within 24 hours. Inhalation may cause irritation of nose and
throat. Systematic poisoning causes
headache, dizziness, nausea, vomiting and, at very high doses, convulsions
and coma. Recovery is normally
spontaneous Treatment :
For local contamination – symptomatic. For skin apply
Vitamen E cream or simple toilet milk.
For eye contamination consider instillation of local anaesthetic eye
drops. Also give analgesics as
necessary. For systemic poisoning
– carry out endotracheal intubation followed by gastric lavage, charcoal
administration (and artificial respiration if necessary) and monitor cardiac
and respiratory function Antidote : There is no specific antidote. Diazepam I.V. may be given as
anticonvulsant therapy. Contraindications

pesticide has little residual effect and the total quantity of pesticide in a
single tablet is very small

TENOPA 2.97% Alphacypermethrin 2.97% Flufenoxuron The concentrate is a white odourless slightly viscous liquid issued
only to pest control operators. When applied,
25ml concentrate is diluted in 5 litres of water and residual concentrations
on surfaces are very low |

irritation persists obtain medical advice Ingestion ; Do not induce
vomiting. Wash out mouth with water. Drink plenty of water and obtain medical
advice Inhalation : Remove from
exposure. Obtain medical advice if symptoms develop Skin ; Wash with
soap and water. Remove contaminated clothing as washing proceeds. Obtain
medical advice if necessary ADVICE TO DOCTOR The product
contains a pyrethroid insecticide and an acyl urea insect growth regulator.
It is of low toxicity and acute poisoning is unlikely to occur. Transient
skin sensations, including facial paresthesia, have been observed in humans.
The application of olive oil to affected areas that have been washed and
dried has provided prompt relief. |
