We are one of the largest independent pest control companies in the UK and a major provider of contract services to local authorities

As you would expect with government contracts, our working methods, quality standards, and health & safety standards have all been rigorously checked.We started business in 1984 and incorporated as a limited company in 2000

We have three distinct divisions:

  • Pest Control
  • Animal Control
  • Hygiene Services

In just one year (2005) Our Pest Control Division:

  • carried out 12,800 pest control treatments for rats and mice.
  • carried out 38,400 individual visits to properties to achieve this
  • eradicated approximately 12,000 wasp nests.

Our Animal Control Division

  • carried out 21,700 investigations into dog-related complaints.
  • carried out 29,900 hours of street and park patrols.
  • issued over 100 fixed penalty tickets for dog fouling and littering.

Our Hygiene Division

  • carried out 278,520 individual collections from dog waste bins
  • correctly disposed of 546 tonnes of dog waste.

In doing all of this

  • Our office staff answered 59,520 individual telephone calls from customers
  • Our operational staff spent 3,600 hours on outgoing mobile telephone calls.
  • Our vehicle fleet covered 1,300,000 miles on UK roads.
  • We received 0 contract default notices.
  • We received 0 rectification notices.
  • We received 0 notifications of poor service delivery from Client Officers.
  • We received 0 claims under Public or Employers Liability.
